Sorghum, known in Sudan as Dura, is the fifth most widely grown grain crop in the world after wheat, rice, maize, and barley, and the backbone of Sudanese cereal farming. It is naturally gluten-free and high in dietary fibre, phenolic compounds, and antioxidants, with useful levels of iron, calcium, phosphorus, and B vitamins.
We supply whole grains threshed and left untreated, decorticated grains with the outer layers and germ removed to a maximum treatment level of 20%, and flour milled from freshly harvested seed — for baking, food manufacturing, snack production, milling, and feed.
